We have legal documents that will provide you information on how our venue operates. We are unique in many ways, one of them being that we are a nonprofit. Your payment is a donation to the work we do. We care for the vulnerable. We believe in mutual respect and appropriate precautions.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

We are an invitation only exclusive venue. Prior to any arrangements we want to know your story and hear your vision. On acceptance, we will then share our terms and conditions. We believe in formal arrangements and attention to detail. There are expectations of cooperation and courtesy.
